Why? (Benefits)
In daily life some of us can spend can spend a large amount of time on our feet or we may have a sedentary job and enjoy participating in our favourite active sport or pastime.
Whoever you are feet are important!
It is unlikely that many of us will have had expert tuition on walking and running and how best to prevent injuries. Or you may have some pain or injury to your feet, ankles, knees, hip or back.

How can we help?
We bring together our combined expertise in osteopathy and podiatry to investigate and analyse the complicated series of movements that enable you to walk or run.

Using Footscan®, the latest and unique computer scanning equipment, we scan your foot whilst walking or running. We then analyse the detailed dynamic information collected from your moving foot.

Our service includes a whole body assessment (an MOT for the person – you do it for your car!). This ensures that any other body structural issues are addressed before prescribing orthotics. This is important because fitting an orthotic without addressing other possible issues may compound a problem rather than elevate it.

We are experienced in treating sports people competing at the highest levels in rugby, golf, tennis, karate and running, both professionally or as amateurs.
